Who is a member: You automatically become a member when you buy (or if you bought) your Ansür saddle new from Ansür Saddlery. When you purchased your new Ansür saddle you also received the details of your saddle serial number, (If you can’t find it call our office, 800-987-1545, 360-835-1695) which will now become your Alliance membership number. Membership in the Alliance is for as long as you continue to own the saddle.

All of our saddles and customers are recorded on our extensive database, (don’t worry, we NEVER release personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers etc. to anyone outside of our Company). So, if you can’t find your saddle number, email us info@ansursaddle.com or call us 800-987-1545, 360-835-1695.

Why be a member of Ansur Alliance?  As with any new saddle, you receive a great one year warranty against a manufacturer's defect.  After that period of time, the owner is responsible for any repair costs that the saddle may require.  Alliance members save nearly 50% on ALL of their repair, maintenance or retro-fit costs.   Example: Billet repair/replacement for four billets is $150.00 plus shipping costs. Alliance members pay only $75.00 (plus shipping). Advance notification.  Alliance members will receive, if they wish, advance notice of any new products being introduced by Ansur Saddlery LLC.  This will give them an opportunity to place their orders for the new items before the general public is notified of the offering.
